b20z swap in 99 integra

ok so im about to do a b20z swap in my 99 ls integra would i need to use my ls bracket for my side mount? i thought i read that a while ago but now when i look it up no one mentions it.

well i was planning on selling my old motor. will the b20 just drop in without swapping brackets?
