Either. Pick which one you like better. Taller people usually prefer dual bend.

The dual bend places the shifter back further away from the radio, I wish I had went with the dual bend. I have the single bend, and although I love everything about the shifter and bushings, I wish it was an inch or two further back so it is easier to reach while casual driving.

I'm srry to say, but IMO I wouldn't run a short shifter unless going to track the car full time. I keep hearing it is bad for the tranny. Also if you are going to get a S.S. you should also get an Omni-power Quick-clutch (or whatever the hell it's called) master clutch cylinder. Just go to http://www.omnipowerusa.com

Don't believe everything you hear. Short shifters don't damage tranys, poor shift execution does. I have had my B&M short shifter installed for the last 80,000 miles with no ill effects. And that's on a 300,000 mile transmission.

B&M race shifter (straight stick) has the nice bearing mount. I run that w/ ES shifter bushings and I love it, shifting is positive and precise.
I highly recomend it if you have the means.
