Default Any one read Japanese?

I have the auto air climate unit with all sensors and wiring needed to make fully functionable for my DC2. I got my hands on a electrical manual for DC2 but need help translating from Japanese to English anybody have any suggestions? I don't think the DC2 auto air has ever been completely installed and working and if anyone needs any info ie part numbers, possible areas to find parts or any kind of electrical diagram from Japan let me know. Thanks in advance

That's a great idea. If the OP's manual is in PDF form with text instead of raster images, he could copy-and-paste the document's Japanese characters into Google Translate, and it ought to work. I just tried it here; it produced a sort of "Engrish", but it did work.

このまま行こ愛する人よう、しずかなよい似、ひかりおともし、愛しき教えおいだき
translates to:
"People love to go as this remains, like a good, light your lamp, I bore your dear quiet"
Which is kinda-sorta how my old Japanese mechanic translated it. Only his translation made more sense.

I only could get a hard copy of manual cant find a PDF version anywhere. I have Japanese text on my iPhone but it would take forever to figure every letter and a lot of the words don't translate out the same way they are backwards and some don't translate at all. Here are a few pages I think I need translated:

How much do you need translated?

Can you read Hiragana, Katakana, or Kanji? I suck at Kanji but can read the rest.

(bump for helping an old post )
