Default ABS Axles vs Regular Axles

Currently we just placed a b18c1 in an 1994 acura integra ls. Since we bought a swap we didnt trust the axles that were given to us. So we bought remanufactured ones with a lifetime replacement. The quection comes that the car was setup with abs. But we decided that we didn't want abs so we ordered the axles for no abs. Does that make a difference? I did the same thing on my 2000 Honda civic Si just in reverse. I bought an alxe with abs becuase thats the only axles they sell around here....and my si drives perfectly. So wil it matter if we switched all the axles including the half shaft to non abs? THanks

Well, of course there's a difference. What do you mean? It'll drive fine, but when you need ABS, it won't be there.

There is a metal ring around the outer boot area with "teeth" in it for the ABS sensor.

yea.. exactly what the guy said. abs axles have rings on the outer edges, but a non abs axle will work just fine, except that it won't have abs
Also, the half shaft is the same.. abs or not.
