99 integra GSR dyno results
I just dyno my 99 GSR today.
I have type r header with k&N intake with catalytic and stock GSR exhaust.
I put down 154.5whp and 120 torque.
What you guys think.

Well, I can't see the Y-axis scale, the x-axis is in mph instead of rpm, and the torque plot is missing, so it's not very informative to me. But the peak numbers are decent I guess. You probably gained about 5 hp from the intake and header.

are you talking about the catalytic converter? That stock exhaust is probably causing some restriction, just get some 2.5" piping and a hi-flo cat and you should be good

I wouldn't get it tuned until you're done adding stuff for a good while...otherwise you're going to need it re-tuned in the near future...but yeah, anytime you're adding something, a tune helps.

i wouldn't get it tuned right away. id go get a new manifold. performer x. 2.5" exhaust high flow or no cat. aem 3" cai Then go tune it.

JDM or not, there's no way it has multiple headers. I see people put "headers" instead of "header" as often as I see people put "VTEC" as "VTECH"...it's not really a big deal, but it kinda discredits your post if you make an error like that...suggests that you don't know...and if somebody who doesn't know sees that, they'll think it's correct, and they'll start using it as well...see where i'm going with this?

155 whp is about right for a healthy stock GSR. Feel good about that.
But please take the stickers off the sides... Not a good look.

Why wait to get it tuned? Stock GSR's are tuned rich from the factory. So cleaning up the tune will problay gain more power than any bolt on mod.
Another personal example, my 93 Del Sol Si with a Greddy header, test pipe, stock exhaust and K&N filter in the stock air box. When from 102whp to 121whp with a tune. best mod I did to that car.
