98 integra wont start after distributor change
So I recently traded my ek sedan for a 98 DC4. I got the car with a CEL and checked it and its code 9 CYP. My friend said he had a different CYP for me so i proceeded to change it in my distributor(not knowing much about distributor internal parts or the difference between them). He ended up giving me a ICM not a CYP sensor. So when I went to turn the car on the car wont start. Cranks but wont start. I put the old ICM back in and still nothing. I proceeded to check all fuses but none blown. I tried my friends dizzy on and still wont start but when put back on his car his started. So i tried mine on his and it does the same just cranks but no start. Im now totally confused becuz my dizzy doesn't work and my car still doesn't start with a good dizzy. Could i have blown a relay? any help would be much appreciated.

It could be possibly 180 deg off? its rare but its happened. take off the cap and see if the rotor is at #1 spark wire when the motor is set at tdc, if not pull it back out at turn the dist key 180 deg and put it back in and check if its at #1.
