95 teggy hesitating really bad
So i been having some trouble trying to get my integra running good, the problem i been having for time now is that it hesitates really bad in all gears, i recently replaced the distributor because the coil was giving me no spark, also replaced the spark plugs and wires,TPS and MAP sensor along with the fuel filter thinking it was the filter giving me this hesitation problem but nothing seems to have changed anything, i have no check engine light on, the car idles fine and starts right up all the time but just does not pick up on all gears, someone had mention that i could have a clogged catalytic converter but wouldnt that make my car turn off? also i think the car is running really rich because half a tank only last me 80miles and i can smell gas from the exhaust sometimes, i for some reason been thinking its my distributor i got from ebay because before i replaced it the car was running fine and ever since then the rotor inside fried once and left me stranded on the freeway so i replaced the rotor from the old one put it back together and it started right back up but the hesitation is just really bad the car even feels like it has no power to pick up i can floor the gas pedal and it just wont go anywhere ill have to step on it slowly and thats the only way it will pick up, does anyone had this problem before any ideas?

so today i finally decided to go get a new distributor and my car went bak to running back to how it was running before strong and healthy, but now my check engine light came up i ran the codes and i get code 4 wich is the crack position sensor, the car wont pass 3k rpm like if there was a rpm limiter and it just wont let me rev past 3k rpm is that because of the crank position sensor?????

so the check engine comes up every on nd then again while driving nd wont let me rev past 3k and its giving me code 4 so how would i know if its the crank sensor or the wiring itself how do o test it??
