94-97 fogs off ebay
Anyone ever try the blue/yellow fogs on ebay? I had a set of the yellow ones last year but the chinese crap rusted all the way through, both bulbs blew out, and the hardware was junk, had to drill them out to get the bolts to break free to get them out of the bumper, the whole housing is shot after one winter. So i gotta get a new set, and ill probably respray the parts that were junk on the old ones and use different screws where necessary.
was lookin at gettin these instead of the standard yellow?
these were the yellows at night...

Spawne32 I've removed all the racial slurs you posted and were quoted saying. I don't care if you copied it from another forum that allows racists to post their garbage, but that is NOT tolerated here, and it never will be.
If you continue to posts racist crap like there here you will be removed with great speed.

How is that racist? Thats stereotyping yo!
Just a tip, I'd get the OEM ones. I got mine for a stellar deal, 150$ shipped from a guy in the states. Came with the OEM plug, and everything, foglight switch, etc.
You get what you pay for man! Unfortunately you had one bad experience with ebay items, why would you do it again?

because they work fine, i just wasnt aware of how badly they would rust, i would have redone the ones that i took out but the chances of finding matching hardware for the adjusting screws etc is slim to none, most of the kits are 40 bucks on ebay so its not a huge deal, and i wired the whole car already for the ebay kit, which does not match the factory style harness for oem fogs. more concerned about the color of the light at this point, not sure how the ion blue color looks.

sure, disassemble, and respray the housing with something thats designed to handle road grime(mainly road salt), engine enamel or caliper paint will usually suffice just fine. Remove all the screws, spray the heads, and anti seize the threads to prevent rusting.

Re: 94-97 fogs off ebay
They suck *****. I bought a clear set hoping to save a few dollars. I went to upgrade the H3 bulbs to a brighter than desk lamp bulb that came with the setup. The H3 bulbs are hardwired into the harness. It made a simple 30min project over 3hrs to cut off ebay bulbs and get spade connectors and wires and whatnot to solder and make a new harness. If I had to do it over, I"d pay for the OEM Stanley Fogs and not have this hassle.
