right now i have stock ls. b18c1 block. i want to get 240 hp on pump gas all motor. i figured ls/vtec would yeild the most power. can u give me a basic outline of the things i would need and an estimated price. almost i want to shift at high rpms like 9 or 10,000. i want this also to be pretty streetable. thanks

ideally on the street you want a motor with less compression and still pull it off around the same number. check out the motors built on import tuner they have around 11.1 and they are most likely going to produce around 240whp.

 

i just don't see an lsvtec 240whp being very "streetable".

your asking for a lot as it is, that kind of power is $$$$$

 

this question is posted almost daily do a search and read read read. this is an all motor forum designed for all motor questions, which do not pertain to generalized questions which u know nothing about in the first place.

it's VERY possible....if/when i get a chassis for my engine, if someone doesn't buy it soon, then i'll show ya how easy it is

if u want a motor with 240+hp ask omni for his crvtec daily driven engine.

B18C1 is a gsr block. B18A or B is a ls block.

 

The thought of someone driving/owning a 240hp lsvtec who thinks a b18C1 block is an LS is scary.
