It's harder with a D series than it is with a B series because I don't know of anyone who makes a mount that will allow the D series manual tranny to bolt up to the automatic mounting point, thus meaning that you'll have to fabricate a mount, or a new mounting point. You'll also need a manual transmission pedal assembly, clutch master cylinder, reservoir, hard lines, slave cylinder, tranny, clutch, flywheel, shift linkage, shifter, and if you want it to look pretty, then you'll need a shift ****, a shift boot, and a cluster from a manual car. Then you'll need to run a jumper wire to bypass the neutral safety switch (really easy). We've done it before, but it's a lot less hell to just sell the car and buy one that's already got a manual tranny in it.

worth it if you really want to stick with your car.. if not sell it and get something else that already has the standard transmission

too much time, effort and money. Did it to an accord. You feel good that you did it in the end but it's a lot of work.

Its easy if you have the parts and time. You DO NOT need to worry about the mount like the guy above said. All you need is the manual version of the tranny bracket. The mount on the frame will work IF you get that manual tranny bracket. No need to weld or cut. EK is bolt in. EG is weld.

Or hasport got a tranny mount that fixes all these problems in a EG. EK is a straight bolt on but I think you need to chage out the TB and IM because of the IACV and because of it's placment.
