Default My fuel sump by Fabman.

Here are pics of a sump fabman did. I always hear horror stories of people putting sumps and either not getting enough fuel on the top end or when they brake the fuel moves forward and away from the fuel pump. So I told fabman what I wanted and this was his solution.
I owe you hooters pat.

Pretty nice. If he would have just O-Ringed it, it would have been perfect.. Hey Pat.. Who machined the ring part for you? I have an Awsome O-Ring cutter that would be just the ticket for that app. if you are interested..

good looking but that's alot of work for just a sump, looks like its hanging too low and the way it bolts in with a gasket could cause leak problems...You gotta gasket made for that already?

NHRA SFWD. next best thing to a real fuel cell. NHRA mandates the OEM tank must be "retained"---"no fuel cells" Nothing said about building a metal box inside the OEM tank you know, special baffels to keep the slosh down

damn, let the cat out the bag, sorry Art.

looks fine to me. real nice actually. as long as his suspension/ride height is set up correctly and he keeps it off the streets of texas, he won't have a problem.

now lets get this damn car to the track.

Hell, lets be realistic here, it wouldn't matter if it was 10mm from the ground since it will never run....
