Eibach pro-kits dont "settle". They are as low as they get after you get them on, they may have to even out, distribute the weight evenly, but that should only take a few min. of driving.

Thanks for the feedback! I think the car looks great after the install

I have them installed on the middle perch, as recommended by Koni. The most important thing for me was that the camber was going to be in spec. I am in spec on all four corners without a camber kit.

This was a performance mod more than it was a mod for looks. I took a high-speed run throught the canyons on Saturday. The suspension is dialed in and the car handles really well! I still think the stock Michelins are garbage, but I was more impressed with them after the install of the shocks/springs. I no longer have a problem with understeer under speed and the car is VERY predictable! Sweeping rights that I used to be nervous about going at 60, I can push through them very well at 75+ WOT...

Koni and Eibach get my vote...

Next mod will be a Type-R Anti Sway.....

I can't wait until my first AutoX

VERY nice.

Not that I don't know what you're going through

A 22mm rear sway will complete the package!

yea, a drive around the block or letting it sit for a few minutes and it will settle.

damn, Marc....you already take those canyon turns fast enough. I don't want to be in the car with your new suspension set up now.

thats nice but i have comptech springs and koni's but i put them on the lowest perch and i don't hit anything all I had to get was a front camber kit and put washers in the back, if your going to put on the oem body kit then stay with that setting, when I wash my car it looks so good that 2.25 inch drop in the front and about 1.8 in the back, need a digital camera

So that is a 1.75" drop, right? That looks very nice.

I was thinking of getting the KYB AGX's and some H&R sport springs. The KYB's are only warrantied up to a 1.5" drop, or so I have been told. They are a lot cheaper than the koni yellows and I was wondering if any on you have had any experience with them.

i think thats a 1.4 inch drop...a 1.75 inch drop is with the H&R Sports.

Oh...Well that's is plenty for me. So the Eibach Pro's give a pretty good ride, eh? I'll definitely consider those over the H&R's.

B18C1, is your camber in spec with the extra .25 lowering? I was RIGHT at the edge of being in spec without a camber kit....

you should go a little lower imo, i had koni's with race springs and i had the spring perch at the lowest setting and flipped the perch upside down so it was like a 6th setting. the ride was really good and the car sit perfect, it looked really clean and i never scrapped.

Oh, sorry if I mislead you. I haven't lowered my car yet. I'm looking to do it this spring. I'm leaning towards the Eibach Prokit springs now, since the lower only 1.4" and it looks great on your car. I was worried that it wouldn't get rid of enough wheel gap but I didn't want to go lower than 1.5" because I don't want to fork out the cash for koni yellows. If I drop less than 1.5 then I can use KYB AGX's. I've heard mixed reviews about them on the 'net but most of the auto-crossers around my town run KYB's adjustables.

i don't think my camber is in spec in the front cause it doesn't pass my "visual inspection". The rear "looks" ok though. I'll be getting a camber kit whenever those tires die. i hate those stockers grrr >

Proton, I've got a friend that just spent a fortune on his suspension, Ie: drop spindles and the like... He uses KYB AGX coilovers and loves the setup.

B18c1, My motivation for getting the Prokit is that I didn't want to have to use a camber correction kit. I don't want to modify the stock suspension geometry more than i have to. When driving like I do, I don't want to have any "Bump Steer" which, camber kits produce.

Didn't you get your car aligned after the install of the springs/shocks? If you did (and should have) there is a report of your camber settings, and if any correction needs to be made.
