i met my old friend and he had white TSX so i had to take it for a little spin.

i always thought TSX is a good looking car and wanted to find out what it is like.

overall i liked it a lot. it turned pretty well with nice power all the way to red line.

it wasnt 6 speed i guess he decided not to get that.

I totally agree with what he said. I love the TSX, it's a great car. Best car made by Honda right now infact. But I stand by my comment. If he wants to brag about how he owns an S2000 and how he used to own an ITR...and finally how he drove an auto TSX, this aint the place to be doing it.

From what I understood, Young_R was just offering a review and insightful comparison of the TSX. You managed, however, to be a dick about it.

But back on topic, I love the styling of the TSX. But to say it's the best car in production by Honda in the broad sense, is a stretch.

I don't think he meant to miss-quote you in past as opposed to present. Either way you look at it, past or present, that's certainly some statement you've made. The best car in Honda's current lineup? The TSX? Get real!

Well what else is more solid than the TSX right now? Please tell me, because there are so many problems with just about every car Honda has been putting out. The TSX has to be one of if not the most solid car in Hondas garage. I mean really what else comapers? S2000?

Best in terms of what? Performance? Umm, NSX, S2k, hell even the v6 Accord coupe is a little faster and costs less money. Luxury? TL and RL. That is kind of a silly statement dont you think? TSX is a nice car but best Honda out. Please.

 

I drove my friend's TSX today...was teaching him to drive stick...he got a 6 speed. It was pretty good has good torque and everything...the stock tires sucked ***....the thing would feel like it was losing control at 70 mph The navi was pretty decent...but voice recogntion on taht thing sucks. Overall great car for the money. Decent performance, luxury interior, power everything. Haven't driven stick in 8 months since I totalled my type S..but I think the gears on the TSX are a lil bit closer together. Another negative is the shift **** was slippery...otherwise great car

Most solid? What are you doing? Getting groceries with grandma?! The are a few problems with the S, but that's because the S pushes the performance envelope and it's taken some time to get it right. If you wanna talk about solid, the 88 Ford Ranger I drive to and from work everyday is just that. Too bad it's good for nothing other than transportation to and from the shipyard and running over squirrels.

Solid means nothing to me and most people on this forum. It's all about the drive. I don't worry about how "solid" my car is when I'm bangin gears at 9000+rpm. I also don't make broad statements that really say nothing more than:

"My car is the best car ever cause it's my car!"
