Default Fender Roller

I have a little down time between engines (again) so I an Trying to handle some of the little things..........................

As posted before I picked up some ATS Comp lights (12 lbs per) and Kuhmo 225/50/15...............Well they rub in the rear because of the offset.

I borrowed this fender rolling tool from a friend, It is one of the few "specific application tools" on the market that performed better than I expected. There is not a crease, cracked paint, or stress mark anywhere on the quarter but I gained at least 3/4 of an inch more clearance in the rear.

Not only was I able to roll the inner lip but I also was able to "flare" the quarter ever so slightly.

Here is the tool. I think I was told it was in the $300-$400 price range?????

I will take some "after" shots tomorrow in the daylight.

You might be able to find a place that will rent one to you.

I wish the pics were working.

Edit yay they're working.

If they're the 15x7 then they only come in +35

I was going to order a set a while back, they're cheap as hell too.

Rumor has it the one Dropspeed used can be rented for a reasonable fee.

MSRP on one of those is in the $500 range.

There a guy here in Vancouver that has one - and is looking for customers.... and I was thinking about doing it because I have some 225/45-16's I want to fit on my car. I think the one he has is made by Tech Art.

Is it easy to do? Can you **** up?

any idea of a major auto parts store/chain that may rent these on a normal basis?

if not any body in Southern Cali that has one, or knows of someone who does?

I'm getting tired of my tires rubbing
