HI there this is my first post.
i was just wondering how do i confirm if my car is a Integra VTi-R.. or what the americans call GSR.
Under the hood the Engine Code is B18C2... and so on the 2 is confusing me as a VTi-R has a B18C1 and Type R is a B18C5.. if im correct
the even more confusing is that the car make Tada is 1993 which i read is apparently before the DC2 model of the VTi-R was made (correct me if im Wrong) although made in 1993 it was registered in 1994 soo go figure
Anyway Ive Attached a image on just hoping maybee someone can identify the car by looking at it =P
if you need pictures of the engine bay just ask (mind you its completely bone stock)

It looks like a GSR, since it has the side moldings on the doors. Type-R's don't have side moldings. You also have the standard integra spoiler instead of the type-r spoiler (the higher wing).

from my understanding the b18c2 is just like you are saying the Austrailian Integra VTi-R, which is basically just a RHD GSR..Also I am pretty sure the engine specs are the same just a different stamp....could be wrong on that last part
About the car being a 1993..the JDM 1993 versions look exactly like the USDM 94-97 versions
anyways sweet teggy!

Holy Crap dude, you really don't know **** about cars or how to type. Anyway it appears to be a GSR as we call it. And it's lookin tight as hell too. Don't sell the wheels.

I believe in 94-95, it was called the SI-VTEC (or was it sir-vtec? forgot which it is)...then after that, it was changed to sir-g. The GSR's as we know it then came with the jdm front end on the sir-g's. Since the pic you have shown us is RHD, and has the US spec front end, I'm assuming you have the Si-VTEC which is basically the same as our obd 1 94-95 GSR. Your head will have a stamp saying that the motor was produced in 93 according to the stamp, but it wasnt sold on the market until 94.Then again, you do have the third brake light in the rear hatch, and only the gsr doesnt have that since the brake light is on the spoiler. So i'm guessing you might have an LS that has a GSR motor in it. Keep the car...it looks awesome!

Do all Integras besides the gsr have the light in the window?

the dual third brake lights is odd. makes one think it's a LS with gsr/si-vtec spoiler or a si-vtec/gsr with a LS hatch door.
can you post the VIN# number to the car; perhaps that will clear things up a bit

The B18c1 was intoduced to the N America market. around the world there is other models of the motor too. c2 c3 c4 c5 c6
for the model you have 1993 they introduced the rounded headlights to the world, but N America got them starting in 94. so you do have Equivilant to a N American GSR
