Hey how much do these ITR LMA's help ? I'm building a b16a3 head and wondered how much of a upgrade these would be over stock ?

 

im not too sure, but i know it is stronger than the gsr / b16 lma's. personally i dont think its 'necessary' in a head build, but with the head apart it doesnt hurt to throw it in there. i also think it makes the engine tick quieter if u replace the old ones. i wouldnt mind throwing these in my car but for the $ on labor on a head build id rather boost or jdm convers.

One or more of my ITR LMA are ticking, so I must replace them. If you still have the LMA for sale, I'll take it for 150. Ebay has them brand new for 200 from cityspeed.
