i dont know about 225 shipped. 200 plus shipping is okay with me. Where are you at? i'll get a shipping quote for you. I m thinking more like 250 shipped or around that area.
Front lip has a little scrape on the bottom from the car being lower 1.5 inch. It is not notice b/c it is on the bottom. Rear lip is mint, no warping/ hot spot from exhaust or nothing. It come with all the hardware just slap some 2 sided tape and it is good to go (if your car is black that is) .
If you agree on 200 plus shipping, i'll work to see what the shipping price is.

take pictures of the front bumper, rear bumper, both lips and i'd also like to see the scratch on the front lip..
also if he want's..i'll buy his driver's side fender also if it's in good condition.. take a picture of that if you can

Pics are up. Fender is not good. Just the lips are for sale not bumper. I'll take 200 plus shipping for it. Let me know
