Default itr gauge cluster question.. need answer QUICK!

this is a 96 cluster correct?
will it fit a 95 integra?

if a larger picture is needed add ".orig.jpg" into the url of the picture.

All 94 to 01 gauge clusters are compatable with one another...being that you are swaping a manual trans gauge cluster, for manual trans gauge cluster.....auto trans gauge cluster for auto trans gauge cluster. That's a nice little JDM one that you got there. What did you pay for it?

Hope this helped you.

I believe that the 96' spec itr clusters work on all 94-97 USDM integras. And 98 spec itr clusters should plug and play with all 98+ USDM integras.

In the case it doesnt just swap the motherboards out and it should work perfectly.

you have to transfer the green wire sheet from your OEM one to your JDM one.

if you have the icon that represents the cataylic converter overheating, then you have the 96 spec which will work on all 94-97 tegs. this icon is located in the upper left corner where your check engine light is located.

it lights up amber. exactly the same as my avatar.

not sure we still need a clearer photo of the signs above the coolent gauge??? if you see 3 insignias above it then you have a 96 if you only see two (with nothing in the middle) then you have a 98+ gauge... as we have said in the above posts

what are you talking about the guy is correct on his first post??

For the 96 spec clusters, they had the Cat Heatup Warning Icon and the 98 specs didn't. The green film in the back is also quite different. Just FYI for people who don't know.

am i missing something? or are you not even reading what im telling you and what everyone above me is telling you????

and you can get the fuel gauge to work you just have to find the correct fuel gauge wires... remember the green films are different from 96 and 98+ specs.

i understand what you are saying......

i'm telling you i have the 96 version.

and i'm telling you that i thought the (O) was the cat. heat icon... refering to this post:

haha i am not gonna dive my nose into the screen to see if the cat icon is there or not. its too dark to see on this monitor.

(O) is e-brake

|||
=[ ]=

thats the cat overheating. yes its a HORRIBLE representation but thats close to what it looks like.

thats my cluster. e-brake light is on and the cat icon is in the top left corner in the middle. if your cluster has that icon, you have the 96 spec.

96 spec will fit all 94-97 integras
98 spec will fit all 98-01 integras

if you have the wrong cluster, and it sounds like you do, you can just swap the green film on the back between your own cluster and the jdm itr cluster.

its that simple!
