FS: Rare 88 Prelude Si with JDM H22A swap & LSD tran (Wisconsin)
CAR WAS JUNKED... MOTOR SWAP SOLD SEPERATELY
$2999 obo JDM H22A powered 1988 Honda Prelude Si coupe LSD 5-speed sleeper! hybrid...
If you make an offer up front that I can't deny, it's yours

Hopefully someone buys it... otherwise I'll be throwing it in my EG hatch and I'm no fan of H22s... I'm a fan of AC ... That's why I wish I could afford a drag project and a nice Honda to just cruise in... but hoping will not make a wish come true... a wish can only be granted by taking action towards it!

I'm trying to help my friend sell this. It's an extremely rare hybrid you'll find on the streets, it has a JDM H22A obd1 motor with custom Place Racing mounts and axles. Located in the La Crosse, Wisconsin area, so if you're close by feel free to come check it out.
Edit: Fuel cutoff @ 7800 RPM... VTEC @ 5000 RPM
-185 whp 150 tq dyno tested (filter as only)
-Compression tested @ 170 psi 1,2,4 - #3 @ 175psi (Pictures available)
-NO RUST (California car, came to Wisconsin in 2002). Carfax avaiable to serious inquiries.
-JDM H22A with LSD approx 75k miles
-170,760 actual miles on chassis
-Includes everything on car in pix except the 97 GSR rims unless you made a good offer for them as well. (You be receiving the 93 GSR rims)
-Have receipt for everything! Axles, Mounts, Motor Swap
This was the estimated amount for the value of the parts/labor put into this car.
-$700 for these custom Place Racing mounts i assume this isnt mass produced?
-$500 for the custom Place Racing axles
-$2200 for the JDM H22A complete motor
-$300 for the optional LSD that this transmission does have
-$$$$ Imagine the shipping costs to get all those goodies to you (Over $400)
-$990 for labor (at special rate, it took a lot of rewiring)
-1988 Prelude Si coupe with 2.0 Engine usually run around $1200 (but this is an H22!)

Dyno'd with only the filter in found in the picture because he didn't have an intake pipe at the time. That was the only mod on this car other than the Apexi VTEC AFC. (Dyno Run 3 is a bit weird, somehow the motor just bogged, but don't worry it won't happen again)

By the way that Accord you see in the back ground is for sale too... motor still in there... if interested I'll get you pix... and yes it runs... ($200 or some'n for that car)

man people must think the car is overpriced or something...? *ahem* risk paying $2600 for an H22A w/ LSD shipped to your door that may burn oil and bla bla bla or buy this H22A equipped 88 Si with 185whp and 150tq... shoot im tired of this... when's the next race? i'm going, with a for sale sign! time to show these low ballers wussup ^^

H22 or B18C1... H22 or B18C... ahhh! 185whp and 150tq is so tempting! with even more potential! i cant take it no more! but i wont have power steering or ac since i dont kno what happened to them parts that came wif the swap... too many things laying around, bro just tossed em!
