Default o2 sensor cat converter and sea foam

i ran sea foam throught the brake booster hose. car emits lots of smoke. i run it smoke clears. i guess carbon is cleaned out? 2 hours later im dirivng and my car starts getting louder and louder. now it sounds like im running open headers. please tell me any possible casues. i suspect taht the cat converter went bad? or is clogged? i dont know though. abo9ut to take it to the muffler shop. also can soak my o2 sensor in sea foam to clean it? and my spark plugs too?

You might have burned a hole in ur cat or another part of the exhaust system. How much of the sea foam did u use. Whole can or half?

could have clogged it also by pumping all that carbon out. that seafoam really cleans ****. just upgrade to a test pipe and not worry again if your state is smog test free.

well i checked under the car, and the damn exhaust split right down the middle of the vehicle. horizontally.well nows the chance to get a a)test pipe b)highflow cat.
and catback exhaoust or **** it and do a full axle back?

Yeah that stuff will burn holes through exhaust like crazy. On a honda you usually use third of the bottle. If you want a test pipe or a high flow cat there are several places you can go to. It all depends what car you have.

I have never heard of seafoam burning holes in exhaust piping. If it were that potent I doubt anyone would run it through their motors. I think it was coincedence that your exhaust cracked. I usually put 1/3 can in the manifold, 1/3 in the crank case and 1/3 in the gas tank. Change you oil in the next day or two.

you are correct i looked under the car and say the exhaust was split down the friggin middle. someone recommedn an exhaust type and size. im going turbo soon so 2.5 inch or 3 ? let me know holla

if your running a b-series turbo, go with 3in exhaust. sorry to hear about your bad luck.
