Default crank pictures and specifications...

A while back there was a thread with pics of the h22 and h23 cranks side by side. Anyone know where I can find them ? I've searched to no avail.

Yup, that's my post!

But it looks like angelfire found out about my hotlinking......

I'll be swapping the images over to we-todd-did-racing soon, so stand by!

EDIT - They're fixed!

Wow, Ive never really looked at a F23 crank... Its a lot beefier than I had expected it to be...

Looks a lot more stout than the H23 crank... Looks like the rod journals may be a bit thinner than the H crank thouhg (just a guess from looking at the pic)...

Anyone know the rod length/width/BE bore on the F23 rods?

i was also kind of amazed at the beefyness of the f23 crank, and i think the rod journals just apear to be smaller because the mains are at 55mm instead of the 50mm,

when pirate chimes in if ever he has the specs

1.180" or 30mm

More F23 info can be found on page 23 of Prelittlelude's F22/H22 hybrid thread:

Same BE bore as the D15 SOHC... Eeek...

Pin looks to be the same as the H series...

Width .780 ???

The thinnest I can imagine any honda rod would be .892 - .897 (D16A1 and D15)

You sure its .780?

Im guessing it would be at least .935 width
