FYI-mandy isn't corporately funded or has bigg support from any companies. she's a JERRY BUILT back yard HotRod car...small street racing crew from W. LA reppin' w/ the bigg boys see us at the track, stop by and say hi...

***UPDATE!!!! the car ran hella strong too bad i couldn't get any traction ( spinning all the way to 5th. ) leaving marks mostly down the track. am running 13 inch 24.5 x9 inch slicks. the potential is definitely there, but i need more seat time and a more prepped car. its pretty crazy driving a car w/ this much power down the 1320.

i didn't expect much out of this event. jus to race and practice. who would have known i'd make it to the finals. toe to toe w/ ricky delacruz. with iraan and eric (gold member) broke this left only me and ricky in the finals. anyways, ricky broke me off and took the win w/ a 10.2 and i finished 11.1 mishifting 5th, letting off and no traction. i tried to give ricky a good run for his money but unfortunately i still need more seat time.

my best past that night was against ricky in the finals.

open dates, still not sure depending on my funds. this fontana for sure for practice and then the national NHRA pomona event in oct is the next one. i wanna some day take her to the east coast...if my fundage will allow.

Congrats to Jerry too,one hell of a tuner. Cant wait to finish my car,look out all Pro AM cars,we are coming strong this year.It should be fun, there are a lot of fast cars running in that class now, we need to start showing them how we get down in the west coast fellas.By that i mean all of the westcoast cars,we got to stop letting the utah guys come down here and win all the races.Hey and Congrats to Parks for breaking into the 10`s.
