Didn't have time to put in the rear lower mount, but did the front two lower torque mounts.
Wow, what a HUGE difference. I thought my Neuspeed shifter bushings did a good job....these inserts made shifting so much better.
The cabin/pedals vibrate a tiny bit more, but it's totally worth it.
I'll post a writeup later...the install was easy for the front two lowers...just lower the engine a little (loosen the mount).
[Didn't end up using the grease pictured]

how come you used those zip ties rather than the ones that they gave you? did you notice that the floor board vibrates more while driving on freeway speeds?

And hold the engine firmly.
As for the installation of the rear one. If you have a gsr, just get a hondata IM gasket. Its an excuse to take off the IM. After the IM is remove, the rear mount can be installed in 10 mins! I learned the hard way. I tried for 2 day with the IM on to get to that rear mount.. : /
EDIT: I see white litium grease there. I hope that wasent for the bushings, as white lithium will eat those mounts, and I think rubber in general.

Good call on both counts!
It does hold the engine more firmly, which means less wheel hop

I used polyurathane adhesive when i did my motor swap
The speed shops didnt have anyinserts in stock. $4 for a tube at home depot and man what a differecnce, i only get vibration on start up while the rpms are coming down, Keep in mind this is a 90 teg. When you floor it the car just goes, it a nice feeling

yeah various silicone sealants, etc. could be used also for a more home grown setup.
