Default My Expo videos & other tidbits...

My Video site on ITRCA.com: http://www.itrca.com/gallery/b...x.php

Mods List Notes
- Suspension upgrades were done this year, not for expo 3
- The full OEM interior is still in the car
- I drive to the track & empty out my cargo...then hit the track!!

Now for EXPO 4 VIDEOS (Advanced Group):

----------------------------

RIGHT-CLICK & SAVE-AS PLEASE

3rd session with Josh (itrsport) riding along
5 laps low quality (19MB): http://www.itrca.com/gallery/b.../Expo4Session3_withJosh.WMV

Higher quality mpg (64MB): http://www.itrca.com/gallery/b.../Expo4Session3_withJosh.WMV

------------------------------

Session 4 - Faster Laps without Josh (stiffend up the suspension a bit too)

3@1.11 seconds & 1 @ 1.15 when passing
4 laps low quality (19MB): http://www.itrca.com/gallery/b...h/Expo4Session4_111s.WMV

Higher quality mpg (64MB): http://www.itrca.com/gallery/b.../Expo4Session4_111s.mpg

Enjoy & comment as you feel needed. You won't hurt my feelings

Boy, after viewing the first one you can see that the traffic was holding you up. Nice save in the uphill in lap 2 was it?

If you don't mind me asking to list everything on the car like Ray (Neomugen) did in his other post. I noticed in both vids that you are in stock seats. I remember that feeling and it was kinda scary for me at least, the faster you go.

Thanks again for sharing.

Nice video. Good placement of the camera. I looked quick?

Awaiting the next US vs. Canada sessions at Expo 5.

You certainly out accelerated me. I was running ~1.5-2.5 seconds slower with Josh in the car, but still. It was the same perception as Batoutahell (instructor @ Expo) walks away from me in the straights

In a nutshell - stock motor w/bolt-ons & new suspension. It does the job. Check out some of my other videos

Thanks Travis - I've already managed to hood-wink my wife into her "suggesting" we get a truck next instead of a new car for her because we have to pull the race car with something & she doesn't want me having car problems on the long drives home Two years & counting...

Lance - I always enjoy having an instructor I know. This isn't to discredit any instructors I've had in the past, but I knew you knew I already had a reasonable amount of experience. You could have just started on any flaws you saw instead of determining if I knew how to handle oversteer on T7 (which I unfortunately had to show Zephyr on lap 2 of session 1

At least Zephyr was really nice.

I want to give a thanks & kudos to all of those who volunteered to instruct for our Expo 4. We had a number of last minute adjustments to make & those who were there WE APPRECIATE IT...even if Carl is from Canada (j/k BBQMan)

Jim went out to be an instructor & took his kaa. I was his crew chief since he didn't have time to work on it between heats.

Jeff, I keep forgeting you and Chris didn't meet before at the MAM event. Chris probably has a totally naive opinion of your driving style, seeing as how drivetrain parts weren't falling off your car and you didn't go off track even once at Beavuh.

Thanks again BTW for keeping things in order on my car. I didn't have much time to breathe on Sat., let alone check fluids and rotate tyres.

Honestly, I'm a little disappointed in myself. I didn't go off track once. Hmmmm - maybe Josh didn't know my 'other' nick-name "DNF-Jeff"

My favorite picture from expo 4.... not that I'm selfish at all.

My 8 year old son, Daniel, had never seen me race. He & my wife flew up to PA & stayed in the coach with my Dad & his wife.
