some black radiator paint should work fine

Flat black BBQ paint. Just don't go nuts with it and paint the fins at an angle so you don't get the paint down inside the core. Only try to get paint on the outermost parts of the fins. That's what I did at least. Loks damn good.

 

I think any spray paint would work. Just make sure to spray the fins at an angle so you don't hinder the efficiency of the core. Radiator paint would be choice. I would think that you could easily find it at Napa, Autozone, or Pep Boys.
