After a long deliberation, I have decided to sell my car, a 1998 CW ITR. It is located in Northern California. I am the original owner and have all the receipts/records for the six years I have owned the car. It has never been in an accident.

The car has 52,xxx miles on it, most of which are freeway miles. It was never a daily driver. I have always handwashed and waxed the car. The body is in good condition, although the front bumper does have a few knicks and scratches that come from typical road debris. Interior (seats, dash, etc.) is in excellent condition. Floor mats have typical wear.

At this point, I just can't justify keeping the car. Too many bills to pay. She's been a lot of fun, but I'm seeing the writing on the wall that it is time to move on before I have to live in her and eat Ramen for every meal.

 

how come you have toda valvetrain with ctr/itr cams? just seems like overkill for ctr/itr cams? good luck on the sale.

I wanted the valvetrain for Toda or Jun cams. With this setup, you could pick up at least 10 to 15 HP with those cams.

 

Damn. Had you posted this last week at this time - you would hav cash in hand.

Beautiful R, good luck with the sale. It wont last at that price.

I still have the stock hood.

It seems like CF hoods are not in style anymore?

I don't know anything about style. Personally, the carbon looks bad-***, but it would be nice to have the stock just incase.

Have any idea what the WHP is? If you were in NC I'd talk my wife into buying it.

Sorry, but I haven't dyno'd the car in its current configuration, so I don't have any HP numbers for you.
