FS: 2000 PY Integra Type R $11,000 AS IS, in NEW YORK- blown motor
**I AM NOT PARTING IT OUT SO DO NOT ASK**
Im forced to sell my baby. Its been my pride and joy for about 3 yrs now. This car has a ridiculously long and twisted history, but Ill give you a basic run down here. Hopefully it can find a good home. Any further details please shoot me a PM. If you need any vouches please let me know.
VIN: JH4DC2315YS003032
Car: 2000 Phoenix Yellow ITR
Motor: blown
Mileage: 52K
Title: salvaged/rebuilt
***Price: $10,000
I got the car used with 8,900 miles on it. It was wrecked before I got it, sold at auction to a dealer, repaired, and then sold to me as a salvage. I had the car for approximately 20K, and then decided to build the motor. After being built, I took the car to a shop to get tuning, and they left it out overnight and the interior was stolen. It was totalled again by insurance, and I kept it and replaced the entire interior with OEM ITR parts. Finally after getting the car tuned to about 209whp/140tq, the motor let go a little over 20K miles later due to what appears to be rod bolt failure. This is where the car stands now. Unfortunately, I am not able to fix it right now and must get rid of it.
The car is in good condition and everything but the motor works fine. The motor let go a few weeks ago, rod went through the block. Head was VERY SLIGHTLY knicked by the piston, but can easily be fixed by a machine shop. Valves appear ok but of course will need to be checked. The JUN3 cams were SOLD so you will need cams.
Whats left of the motor, its already pulled out of the car:
bottom end is shot, crank is toast, oil pump/water pump, sensors are still ok
ITR Head with Crower springs/retainers
slight port/polish
JG Intake Manifold
RC 370cc injectors
AEM fuel rail/BM FPR
AEM Intake
70mm BBK throttle body
Hyperclutch 6 puck clutch
CM Flywheel
stock gearing
DSS stage 1 axles (I still have the stock driver side axle as well)
Spoon 4-1 header (dented from rod, not from scraping, fixable)
custom 2.5 exhaust, stock muffler (stock B pipe included)
What you get:
Full ITR (with head and blown motor if you want it)
Extra B18A1 LS bottom end (which is what I was going to use to rebuild for a turbo set up)
Extra set of wheels (2 polished, 2 black, 2 BFG drag radials)
Interior is stock, other than JDM shift console and Spoon ****
AEM EMS (with maps already installed)
Carbon Fiber and Stock hoods
H&R Springs on stock shocks
Skunk 2 control arms (newer version)
Rockford door speakers
Needs new tires but there are balding Kumho 712s installed
Anything else I have laying around (rear wiper assembly, clear corners, stock IM and injectors, etc)
Thanks
A couple pics. I dont have the digicam right now, but ill take some other pics tonight when I get it back. If anyone wants more pics of anything in particular, let me know.

as it sits in the garage right now

**THE SPOTS/MARKS YOU SEE ARE NOT ON THE MATERIAL, ITS ON THE CAMERA LENS**

personally i think its a good deal. ive seen many salvaged title itr's go for 15-16k which is what this one will cost u in the end.
u figure 11k for this itr and another 2500-3000 for a itr longblock or even 4500 for a swap and have lots of itr extra parts is well worth it imo. if i had the loot id pick it up.

FWIW, my plan was to rebuild with an LS block for turbo. It was going to cost me $3150 for a fully sleeved 84.5mm bottom end, Pauter rods, CP forged pistons, ACL bearings, micro polished and balanced crank, and full balance of the assembly. Throw that into the car with a VTEC head and its already faster than a stock ITR. Unfortunately I do not have the money or patience to fix it anymore. Anyone that wants to throw another ITR motor in this car is wasting their money IMO. There are much better routes to take. B20 long blocks go for $650!!!!
Potentially you could have the car running again for less than $1000 with a B20 set up.

it was lightly banged up all around. I think the person spun up against a guardrail but im not positive. I never got any pics of it.
Ill have interior pics tonight. Its very clean inside, driver seat has typical wear.

If by chance you didn't have any need for the short block ancillaries (ie: main caps, girdle, windage tray, pan, thermo housing/water pipe, rear cover, mounts, etc.), I have a friend that needs to piece together a block.
My sympathies about all the bad luck.
