Twm jumps on board.
I was just on thir site and noticed that they sell an external rear spray injector kit which move the inj upstream the throttle plate.. Looks like they have been paying attention

I understand what it does, and how it works. But im not really sure what the advantages are on the second set of injectors. Can somebody shine some light on this for me if they dont mind. Or do i have to search it. Cuz im really lazy, and i dont really feel like it. Not really what it does, but more why you need it.
i dont think it's an extra set of injectors, it 'moves' your injectors to that position.
having the fuel injectors farther away from the ports helps with fuel atomization, which in turn improves horsepower. the downside to this is that idle quality is significantly decreased the farther away you place the injector

They do this because it lets the fuel and air mix better for better atomization and it also works like a waterinjection system and cools the runners dramaticly. .. see below for injector info. Edited after talking with TWM

Ahh. I thought you kept the first set of injectors, and a second set sprayed into the horns. Thats pretty trick. Anybody using these on the streets, or wouldnt it be reccomended.
I cant imagine that it would be too streetable at all! gas mileage would be hilarious! I'd like to see them present some numbers of their standard setup compared to this setup on the same motor with tuning. I wonder if we're talking a few hp or upwards of 5 or 10?
i remember seeing this picture a while back on someone's setup on here.

Toda itb's are before the plate like these and people have no idle issues with them. Think about how strong the vacuum is at idle around the plate.

Talked to Twm today. They are in fact secodary injectors and you need to run a total of 8 smaller inj's and you will need a full stand alone to controll them. Garry and Hank at Twm are very nice guy's and are willing to feild any questions you can throw at them.

Or you need a DTA, Motec system that you can switch injectors at a given RPM. Then you can use a stock set at the head or throttle plate and switch to the other set, outboard, at a given RPM 4000 or 5000, etc. this gives you the best of both worlds. Tbone (904) 378-4480 or E-mail IM is hit or miss. Thanks

Nope...gotta remember that the fuel\injectors\etc are traveling at the same speed as the rest of the car.

You also gotta remember that the Vaccum force from the engine will also bring the fuel into the motor instead of the firewall

i thought this set up was too dangerous for you
...& i have that HCI article where 14+ whp were gained from a similar set up on a built b16a (no change to timing or fuel maps)
