There's something about OBX and cams in the same sentence that i do not like. Especially considering their past quality record

no i haven't used them....but from the quality of the accessories they have made, the quality has been very poor..so putting something cheap in your motor would make you think twice..

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by omniman &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">it says they are steel billit cores. since no one has been able to get the steel cores to work without eating the rockers like a weed eater. i would make sure you get a "rocker arm warrenty too" those things are expensive if you buy them new.

companies that tried steel cores with no success:
the Skunk
JG
and a few domestic cam companies
i know comp has a big problem with their core eating rockers, dont know if its steel or not.

its highly unlikely that obx cams made from steel will be compatable with rocker arms.

You guys have ***** of steel, because I wouldn't risk putting obx anything "into" my motor. The quality of their products are basically . I just wonder how much R&D went into designing these. I've seen the specs and all but come on fellows, OBX. You guys should see some of the stuff they make now, turbo manifolds, lsd, complete turbo kits. I"m not the anti-obx man I just know that some of you guys put a lot of dough into your motors and to risk like this would be . By the way how much do they cost. But I might be completely wrong and they might kick ***.
