I had them on my 86 dohc teg.
They were okay, I would get the kumho 712's
dont skimp on tires. they are one of the most important factors on your car

What would you be using them for? normal street driving? autocross? track? dry weather? wet weather? snow? tell us a little more about what you need from your tires, and we might be able to help you more.
I watched a Teg GSR embarass a couple of Porsches at a PCA Mid Ohio school.
He was running HTR100's and they faired pretty well. I personally run the HTR4's on the street and am plenty happy.

Well, this will be mainly for street but they'll see some competition as well (road racing and AutoX). This tire seems as if it's in the same class as the Khumho 712s, Yoko AVSis, Falken Azeni etc. A "high-perf" budget tire, you know. Just wondering how these place in the rest of the pack.

I had those on my Talon. They were the HTR Zs with the 160 treadwear. Grip was actually pretty good with not too much squealing, but autox on them and they will wear out fast. The only reason why I bought 712s after this set was in hopes of having a set of tires that would last longer.
