I ran with just intake weighing in at a healthy 3400ish lbs and a slushbox at 5800ft a 17.1 (don't remember my speed but it was close to 80).

90 accord with 182K on her.

16.45 is a pretty good time... mid 16's to low 17's is what accords run basically... they are heaps of metal with underpowered engines, not much better is gonna come out of em without some major powered added....now add an h22a and youre talkin mid 14's...thats with a stock h22a by the way (with the h22a tranny too)

is that possible...u prolly had some mods to it, cuz 16.1 AUTO LX engine...i doubt it...but u never know....I got a 94 Lx(f22b2)....never ran it at the tracks....I always thought it would be slow, because of the weight and ****. I always said i would do 17.6....but i hear alot of good times, I gotta get my *** out there and run...

I live near Bristol Raceway area. Every Tuesday and Thursday they have Street Fights . Sat in on them and watched. Seen accords and some Civic Hatches Roleing the 1/4 mile around 13-16 and Around 80mph . so Stock with a few say Intake and Exaust mods are expected to run close. From what i have seen here.

i hear that 94-95 accords run faster than 96-97 b/c of 2 diff. ecu's. the 96-97 supoosedly have increased emission standards which makes them slower. (so i hear)

Is that really true? Stock preludes, which is where the H22a is from, don't even run mid 14s...they run 15 flat....and they weigh less....

Anyone with any feedback on my question?

Also...obd1 and obd2 have NOTHING to do with anything as far as having more power...both have the exact same fuel and ignition tables....
