1. I have a hondata standalone management, will it pass Maryland emissions inspection? I heard it would not because it doesn't read the sensors like a stock ecu?

2. My CAT is definately done for. Sounds like someones beating it while i am driving. Should i just hollow it out, buy a new one, or just buy a pipe? My mechanic told me to just hollow it out and put it back up there and when i go for emissions, just go out and buy some dry gas with alcohol. Any advice?
