koni made the accord shocks based on the 90-93 96-97 oem shock with a lower shock perch/longer spring. 94-95 accords have a higher shock perch with a shorter spring. take one set of lowering springs that replace the already shorter sping, and take an aftermarket shock with a perch already lower than stock, you get one dumped *** accord.

You got it, I don't drive it that low. I drive it like 1.5-2" higher.

I drive my brother's eclipse around the city with TONS of speed humps and sewer caps stickin out. Sure is uncomfortable and is a bitch to find yourself finding another route to go around those speed humps. Not just that, I just recently found its fuel tank, exhaust pipes, and other things scraped up. Nevertheless, its sure looks nice low like that but its a trade off for the smoothness of the ride.
