yea if i got the refund how come its not in my paypal account yet...
i wasnt calling you a scammer until you told me to **** off...
you said you we're shipping it off last thurs. 7/1/04... then you never responded or even told me that you we're going to be out for the weekend.. good seller let buyers know updates and situation... i was patient but when you dont get response you got to take actions.. emailed , pmed and AIM you no response except for the time that your brother told me you we're out i understand... AIM you again monday and tuesday... no response... the only way that i got your attention finally was when i filed that complain in paypal... then i finally got in touch with you that same night... i emailed you that you can resolve this if you only provide tracking number... and you gave the wrong one... then you blew me off.. i mean WTF is that... if you we're even half a seller... you would know to notify buyers and even react to situation as simply as not lying or and getting at least the right number... $133.90 is a lot of money especially if you are in a tight budget... and when you sell stuff and you promise a certain day to ship you are bind to a legal contract.. i was patient but when you dont get a response for more than a week with $133.90 in your paypal account then you should start doing something about that ... and that was for me to file a complaint.. since you we're not responding and did i get your attention with it? so next time come clean and go with your promise shipment dates... i have deal with a lot of sellers and by far you are second to the worst i have come to encounter with ... i have a ebay account 144+ positive feedback and they are fast to ship not like you... peace
