backs require little work but is possible

the rear seat will needs some adjustment, and int the end will never fit quite right on the sides (there will be a slight gap unless you use the rear bench from a 4dr).

Also, if you want to use door panels and the dash, you're in for a world of pain. The dash is do-able without too much trouble, but those door panels I've never seen customized and finished to fit and look good. People tend to end up heating up ther stock doorpanels and smashing them in so that they will cose on the new dash. If you do a search I'm sure you can find pics of what I'm talking about

 

I've done gsr lthr front and rear seats in my ej....pm me if you need to know anything....it can be done and it's not nearly as bad as everyone seems to think....
