Code 20 - Electrical Load<> Whats this mean?

Checked the Ecu and Im getting a code 20

Electrical load, what causes this?

I have 2 large amps, shift light, cd player and an aftermarket accessory plug type thing, but thats all that draws power other than oem and the amps arent even working yet

ANy help

do you know how much the ELD can handle? like 100A or somthing?
