even it it doesn't... its super easy to add them on. this was my old 99 SI header that i wired for OBD0 2 sensor..
Edit.. BTW.. that was a mistake.. everytime i came accross road debries.. it would wack out a sensor.. lol, later on, i connected them in OEM locations.. just under the head flange.
the origonal intent of putting O2's down bottom was to keep it clean.. it didn't work after all.

as far as i know.. no one makes a DOHC 4-1 header with 2 O2's.. its not a application. unless its imported for the EF8/EF9. they'res no market here for them. and huge companys like DC arn't going to bring a hybrid swap header into the production line, and hope they makes sales..
might have to get a set, and take them to the muffler shop.. they shoudl weld a set on, for no more than 30 bucks.

wow.. i stand corrected.. well, im sure they made them on they're own, and only service the hybrid commuinity since they're making hybrid mounts..
other than that.. mainstream companys such as DC, Edelbrock.. ect. doesn't make them, since they wernt even on this market..
just my 2 cents.

Spoon, Jasma, and other companies make them but they are hard to get.

spoon, jasma, and other forigen companys have a market for OBD0 headers in japan.. not here.. this is why US companys don't make it for a hybrid car..
if you really dont want to weld bungs on.. you can always upgrade to OBD1 like the EG's..
