graphite .. turned out great!..
Thanks to everyone who helped from selecting the paint to painting the wheels.
Charlie, Chia, Pong, Steve, & Chia's dad for letting me use the garage.

Chia holding the wheel

I will take some pictures.. hopefully tonight after I wash her.
thanks for looking
one last one..
Charlie in my side-view to Wis...

EDIT:
Stuff to get:
Scuffing pad
brush or toothbrush will work
sandpaper 180, 600, 1000, 2000 grit
Aircraft Paint remover(2-3 cans)
Duplicolor gray sandable primer(2), basecoat of choice(3), and clear coat(2)
spray handle (makes painting a lot easier)
use the remover and spray it over the wheel and let it sit for about 5 minutes. When the paint starts to wrinkle take a brush and scrub. repeat as needed. rinse off with water and repeat as needed.
use the scuffing pad and sandpaper (180) grit to remove any blemishes and then using the 500 grit, sand the wheel down to your liking. rinse with water and repeat as needed them dry them off. (overnight)
just let out the air enough so you can press the sidewalls in to get the index cards in between the tire and the wheel. tape up the valve stem.
start with thin coats of the primer and sand as needed. repeat as needed. basecoat, then clear coat. let the clear dry and using 2000 grit and lots of water, wetsand and buff as needed.
I didn't wetsand mine and buff, but they look great.

Looks great!
I am thinking of painting my wheels soon, I just need to find a spare set to throw on there while I'm painting...
What kind of paint did you use? Clear coat?
How long did it take you?

based on his choice of color i'll say he went with the duplicolor graphite wheel paint. clearcoat isn't neccessary but its more of an option for a more glossy shine as well as a protectant against rock chips.
