How do you remove a front bumper on a 95 honda Accord I'm trying to replace head lights and bumper needs to come off.

 

Open the hood and remove the bumper mounting nuts.
Remove the turn signal assemblies.
Remove screws at each rear edge of the bumper(at the wheels)
Remove the lower bumper mounting clips.
Remove the mounting bolts....lift and remove the bumper by sliding it forward.

Install in reverse order....loosley install the mounting bolts and line up bumper if necessary...tighten bolts to 18 ft. lbs.
