WTT: '97 Accord for something CHEAP (aka your car+money for my car!) NC

Reason for selling:
to be concise, it's to get out of so much debt. and i think it's time to get something else.
My car:
97 honda accord special edition
just went over 140k miles
timing belt service by honda done at 115k miles
runs great. makes a great daily driver
auto. sunroof. spoiler.
Stuff i'd trade for:
for all models: 5spd, preferably black. 2nd choice white. hopefully black/charcoal interior (no tan!)
91ish crx
91ish 240sx
91ish toy supra (targa)
94ish+ integra
maybe a civic, depending

I also have a bike fs/t, too.
97 suzuki gs500e asking $2500
Bigger than a scooter, slower than a supersport (great as a starter bike, or as an entry level race bike), EXCELLENT in the twisties
oh yeah, 50-60 mpg
