Will, I believe they are for 16" however I'm not entirely sure as it was over 2 years ago that I bought these and sold my SW388 before I could install them. I'd think that it would fit both 15 and 16 inch wheels since they go in from the back and the opening is the same on both sizes. They can be painted or even anodized Flat Black as they are just brushed aluminum.
