does anyone know what exactly one can do once the timing belt tensioner bolt is stripped? its the only thing thats keeping us from putting everything back on!

get a tap and retap the hole

 

you arent supposed to remove the bolt. anyone know what happens if you remove it? we quit working on it about 6-ish and had it towed to acura. i think andrew is gonna get the timing belt replaced while its at acura.

 

Stan, too late, we towed it to the dealer! We gave up on the biatch! I should have called you earlier. That was the only thing that kept us from finishing.

The actual bolt head was stripped, not the threads. Pissed me off! I am quitting doing that stuff anymore! Ack!!!
