How can you test Skunk 1's, 2's, Jun 3's, ect on the same motor? Pairing a camshaft with proper compression is key to making good power and having the right engine package(unless this is the point Titan is trying to make). I can't see any other point in testing a Skunk stg 1 or a ITR cam against a SKunk stage2 or Jun 3 with the same engine with the same compression. Still interested in the results, but I hope the wrong conclusions won't be made from this test.
What are the specs on the test motor?

All the cams you mentioned are designed to Work with a stock engine, Of course maybe you will make more power if you talior the engine to the cams needs, ie..compression, header, headwork, etc.... But over all I think Bert and the guys at Titan Are doing somthing that you should be Happy about!
I know what cams I have my money on for Power, Any other Takers?
Eric

you aware of what sgt said about the jun iv's?
that they have valve to valve contact at 0, 0 cam gear settings
other wise this will be a good, err great test

Bahh , I told everyone that when I had them. Thats why I didnt run them. I had Jim Justice check them in my head first.

Pretty much that every tool that reads the write-up afterwards is going to think that what camshaft comes out on top with the test engine is going to be the best bang for the buck no matter what.

Tools, yes. Smart people, no. Id hate to say it but you do have a good point. But hey instead of being negative, you should be pleased with the time & effort these guys are putting into doing this test. Id love to see the results even though I wouldn't base my decision on cam choice upon the one that makes the most power. Just would be a cool thing to see

Keep in mind folks..............no one is paying Titan nor Omniman to do this. A lot of cams were loan to us locally and manufactors. This is done for the sole purpose of what works for a daily street driven mtor. Right now, its like 100 degrees outside, on the 9th cam, burning a finger or two, losing 2-3 pounds every half hour and drinking as much water as we can. Its a bitch, especially the guys that run to the stores for gatorade and water, lol.
Thank you for the positives notes. But from the people with negatives, I suggest you doing it yourself and post your results!!!
Keep in mind, we don't see no one in the US doing this!!!
