has anybody ever seen the street glow kit the uses LEDs to make like 7 colors?

i wanted to know if this kit it as bright as the conventional kits with bulbs?

I just did a h22 swap into an accord that had those led lights.

It seriously looks like he just put christmas lights under his car.
