lightening a itr flywheel to 10lb?
no. Honda has a service bulletin against modifying the stock flywheel.
It makes no reference to aftermarket ones so you'll need other references there.

Modifying a stock flywheel is a bad thing to do.
If you have ever seen pictures of lightened stock flywheels on various cars exploding, you'll see why. It can total a car, and even kill someone if pieces fly out the right direction.
Your best bet would be an ACT flywheel for a good priced light flywheel (usually they're like 12lbs or so). The only downside is that once the surface is out of spec for machining, you'll have to replace the flywheel.
The Fidanzas are very very nice, is extremely light (usually 8-10lbs), but is a bit pricey. The plus side to going with one is that you can replace the surface on it with a new surface once it needs to be machined, and keep the flywheel. Replacement surfaces are generally $130-$150 from what i have seen.
