I have some H&R sports springs under my bed right now, waiting to buy some shocks. i have a 98 civic coupe and i was wondering what kinda shock would compliment it nicely..i can afford the expensive crap around 200-300 would be nice thanks

 

Im rocking stock shocks on the H&R sports. Its not a bad ride at all but I am getting the KYB AGX's very soon. I here only good things about the combo.

I highly suggest that you save up more and get something good
Its suspension...quality matters a lot

 

KYB AGX mine feel nice and my car is SLIZZAMMED (raising it in a couple days)

 

I'm running Eibach Pro-Kit with Bilstein Struts, they feel great.

 

agx's and dropped 2.5 inches here. been goin strong for over a year now

 

i have skunkieson my EJ1, with JDM CTR stock front shocks and JDM ITR rear shock to run the JDM ITR LCA and the JDM ITR rear sway , i dont know if they are stiffer then stock usdm, but i got them for cheap and now i can say my car is mad JDM y0

 

 

Illuminas and Tein S-Tech
Well I like them.

 

Illuminas and Ground Controls dropped 2.3 for about half year now. Ride's a little bumpy but that's the price with coils

I would recommend the illuminas and the KYB AGX but not the lower model shocks.

I'm running Zeal B6s.
I've heard a lot of people pairing their H&R/Eibach/Ground Control, etc. with Koni Yellows, a lot of people recommend that.

 

ok i am stuck between AGX and Illuminas what do you guys recommend with the H&R sports?

 

i have tokico blues paired with ground control coilovers... i like the feel and they were ez on the pocket

 

I have AGX's. I like them, hate my skunk2 springs though.

But Illuminas are nice also. I think either way you go you will be happy. But I would chose AGX's again if it was me.
