Those who are interested in camping this year please post here and let me know intentions and the number in your party.

There will be a camping fee to cover the cost of the security guard.
The more people that camp the cheaper it will be.

July = nice camping weather in Pa.
No need for the subzero sleeping bags this year.

I can second that, having lived just the other side of the Ohio /Penn border for much of my life.

Still, I may cancel my reservations and camp out for the weekend.

With the Keg at the campground and the banquet off in the distance, maybe we should get RTW DC2 to drive us!?

to camp i'm gonna have to drive to philly, drop off violet and drive back. i would have no where to put her during the banquet.

How far is the camping area from the rest of civilization (read: hotel)?

Ryan who has no problem driving and is curious how many people can fit in the ITR no puking!

um...camping area = BeaveRun Racetrack.

I don't plan on drinking all that much, but I'm sure it might be safer to have a designated driver "available".

It's just a few miles from the Holliday Inn to the track, and as Matt (El Pollo Diablo) said ... camping will be/is at the track.

At least I think I can get from the track to the banquet hall now, without feeling like I'm lost ....
