comp cams 59300 vs crower cams stage 2/3

I was just wondering if you guys could give me some info These cams will be going in a sohc vtec motor. If you have a set or have any reviews please list

right now i am building a d16 all motor and i am going with crower cause i have had good experience with them in the past so that would be my choice
