OT: Passed my state real estate sales exam

After 14 years at the same job, I've finally decided to make a change.

Completed the necessary education requirements about 2 weeks ago, and took the exam this afternoon. Finished in less than half the time allowed and passed on my first attempt

So if anyone out there is looking to buy or sell a home in Wisconsin, give me a shout

I dont think I will be doing it as a career, just as a pocket filler on the side. I dont know how I will juggle all these jobs, but the more you work, the less time you have to spend the money. Unless you have an expensive hobby, in which case whole paychecks are blown in a single phone call...
