Popping/Whining sounds

Popping/Whining sounds
ok, I have 2 problems,
1. I hear a poping noise everytime I brake and my car stops, sounds definetly with the suspension, could a ball joint be culprit? the sound is coming from the front
2. On my rear right tire you can hear the wheel/road when driving when your turn slightly it goes away, could it be a wheel bearing ?
